1. Hitting the snooze button

There is no sound more awful than your alarm clock beeping at 5.00am in the morning but wait never hit the snooze button, if you snooze your alarm it will make you feel guilty and starting your day with such guilty will ruin your whole day. when you fall back asleep in between alarms you enter into new sleep cycle without completing it, this make you feel even more sleepy and disoriented than you did when you awoke to your first alarm.

If you miss breakfast your body continues to crave the same amount of food that leads to overeating in lunch, snacks time and in dinner. 

To develop the habit of eating breakfast, just start with piece of fruit on the go, wait 30 minutes to an hour and then add a bit of protein later in the morning if you're low on energy finish your meal with healthy carbs and fats like toast and peanut butter. so, stop skipping breakfast and start eating your first meal of the day.

3. Morning negativity

Do you feel irritated in the morning, Do you spend the week wishing for the weekend. Morning negativity can be a very destructive habit, if you're negative in the morning then you will be negative for whole day that means less motivation and lack of confidence.

4. Hot showers 

It may be one of your favorite habit and also most worse one. when you're standing under that stream of warm water, how it seems to wash your stress away but when you get out of the shower do you feel energetic and refreshed or cozy and mellow well there's nothing wrong with taking a hot shower shower in fact, it can be a great way to relax before bed but in the morning. 

A hot shower can make you to relaxed, you'll feel tempted to unfollow your morning routine and just enjoy being comfortable so while that hot shower might put you in a good mood it's big problem for your productivity. So, if you want to be best of yourself take a cold shower instead of hot shower.

5. Checking your phone 

What's the first thing you do after waking up in the morning? you  will be surprised how many people immediately check their phones to see social media or even worse a blank screen. 

Suddenly a flood of distractions fills or brain instead of thinking about your goal or your works. You're making useless comparisons and worrying about your social media circle studies shown that looking at your phone increases stress and makes you more self-conscious. 

so, turn off your social media notifications and wake up energized.
