White fungus
After the black fungus, an infection called white fungus come in to limelight. The cases of white fungus have been found in patna, bihar and according to Dr Arunesh kumar, senior consultant & head respiratory medicine/ pulmonology, this infection is more dangerous than black fungus.
Similar to black fungus this infection also caused due to low immunity, or if person come in contact with things that contains these moulds like water, air and etc. Unsanitary use of oxygen cylinders and overuse of steroid can increase the chances of getting this infection.
Symptoms of white fungus
The symptoms of white fungus is similar to coronavirus but only x-rays and CT scans can detect this infection.

White fungus can affect the lungs as well other parts of body such as skin, stomach, nails, kidney, brain, mouth and private parts.
