How to wake up early in the morning

Waking up early in the morning is one of the most common habit of successful people. Waking up early have numerous benefits such as it's enhance your productivity, improve your concentration, boost your energy levels and many more.

If you wake up late and less energetic or your are tried of snoozing your alarm then, Here are some most practical ways to wake up early morning (hassle free and full of energy).

1. Sleep early

To wake up early you have to sleep early, if you manage to sleep early then half of your work is done. It's easier for a person to wake up at 6 am who goes to sleep at 10 pm.

Do you know our melatonin level rises after sunset this is our body signal that our body is looking for rest. Our melatonin level is highest at 10 pm, higher the melatonin level better the sleep. You can meditate or read books before going to bed, it will help you to sleep fast.


2. Be Prepare

Remember, how when you had to catch a flight at 6 am, you were already up 5 min before the alarm could go up. How does this happen,  consciously or subconsciously your were preparing your mind to wake you up, otherwise you would have miss the flight. To prepare your mind, simply revise yourself that you have to wake up tomorrow at 5 am. You can do it simply by speaking it 5-10 times before sleep, Never underestimate the power of subconscious mind.


3. Avoid naps during the Day

If your naps duration is not more than 15 min, you don't have to worry about it, a long nap can disrupt your circadian rhythm generally knows as body clock and you won't be able to fall sleep in the night. So, try as much to avoid naps during the day.

4. Put your alarm away from bed

A another important thing is you should put your alarm away from bed so that, you have to get up and get out of your bed to shut it down. You will already be up now don't push your snooze button go back to sleep.


5. Why

Give yourself a good reason to wake up early, if you have a clear purpose then your body automatically generate energy to fulfill that purpose. Think about your role models and tell your brain to wake up early to be like them. 


It is very important to conquer the first 10 minutes after waking up those are most difficult ones.

To conquer first 10 minutes

1. Wash your face 

2. Drink lukewarm water slowly

3. Go outside in open air

4. Walk on grass

well anything that helps you with stand the first 10 minutes get's the job done!

First day you will be low on energy but don't give up and definitely not sleep in afternoon, in few days your body will get used to this new habit.

You will enjoy being with nature, peace and the beauty of sunrise when you get up early, nature is your best friend, philosopher and doctor.

     Tips -

  • Turn off electronic gadgets 30 minutes before going to sleep

  • Cut off coffee and tea after 4 pm

  • Dinner early and keep it light

  • Drink lukewarm cow milk 30 minutes before sleep

  • Sleep in the east direction
  • Sleep on the left side of your body
