Waking up early in the morning is one of the most common habit of successful people. Waking up early have numerous benefits such as it's enhance your productivity, improve your concentration, boost your energy levels and many more.

Remember, how when you had to catch a flight at 6 am, you were already up 5 min before the alarm could go up. - Turn off electronic gadgets 30 minutes before going to sleep
- Cut off coffee and tea after 4 pm
- Dinner early and keep it light
- Drink lukewarm cow milk 30 minutes before sleep
- Sleep in the east direction
- Sleep on the left side of your body
